Q: Do you have any training programs for new employees?

A: Of course, we have. Besides the training that any employee receives on a daily basis on the job we often hold in-house training courses with professional instructors. AdVenture also sends every employee to external training programs. We have also adopted an in-house knowledge-transfer program that is designed so that know-how is spreading among all employees.
