The name of the new company is Melon Technologies Inc. and it will provide software development, multimedia and creative services.

The merger strengthens our financial position and infrastructure, expands the range of our expertise and customer base, and brings synergy and scale to our business.

This will allow us to provide our clients with a wider range of integrated services, larger capacity and improved support infrastructure.

The Chief Executive Officer of Melon Technologies JSC is Mr. Ivo Ivanov. Previously, Ivo served as CEO of WizCom and his experience will help the new company grow and improve its operations.
